Default CkEditor Anchor text not working

I am trying to set up a FAQ page with anchor links. When I try, all I get is the default page for page not found. I have read that this was once a bug about 3 years ago. There used to be 4 tabs in the Link popup but now there are just 2 tabs.

It's not a big deal, but it would be nice if I could get it to work.

Switch to the "source" view and see what url it is placing in the link
And how does that compare to the url when the page-not-found comes up?

What it is doing is using store base url....i.e.

    www.mystore.com/#11

I know how to code it. Thats not the problem. The problem is ckeditor and/or zencart is causing the bad link.

    /#11
is nowhere near the same as
    /index.php?main_page=my_custom_faq#11
nor would ckeditor know about which page URL to generate.

The base href is used by other assets on the page, so must remain.

    Simplest solution:
Simply put the complete URL in by manually typing it into your anchor hrefs.
