    Default Site Not Centered on Safari

    My site comes up pushed to the right on both Safari and Chrome, but looks correct on Firefox and IE. It took me a very long time to get it to look centered on those two browsers and I want to be very sure before I make any changes.

    Thanks!

    Several code errors and the inclusion of some incorrectly coded breaks (<br> should be at least <br />).

    I would make all changes needed to correct this. Anyway you can give a little more guidance? Thanks.

    Can anyone offer a fix for centering my site on Safari and Chrome as it is on Firefox and IE?

    It was recently suggested I add this to my CSS:

    .chrome {
    position: relative;
    right: -50px;
    }

    .safari {
    position: relative;
    right: -50px;

    Now I am thinking this has caused the shift from centering my site on those two browsers, to having everything pushed to the right. I don't know how to correct this. Can anyone advise?

    One of the posting tips asks what changes you've made to your site.

    Try placing /* at the beginning of the .chrome and */ after the closing }. Then view the site in chrome. I'd bet the problem goes away.
