Google Fonts not working

Hi, i'm trying to modify and existing ZenCart store and really want to use Google Fonts but can't get it to work. please can someone have a look at this:

And let me know what I might be doing wrong.

If you look at FEATURED PRODUCTS on the main page, I have:

font-family: 'Oswald';

And in the html_header.php I have:

<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Oswald' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

Sorry, I worked it out. Probably putting it in the wrong place...
