Hi

I'm having the same problem... no icon's appearing. I've only set up LinkedIn and Twitter so far.

It's set as SideBox on top left and all I see is "Connect With" and nothing else?

Any ideas?

Has support stopped for this plugin? Does anyone have the fix for the 'no link' display issue?

Am still getting nothing displaying in the sidebox, have deleted and re-installed twice now and also checked all settings on app.oneall.com and everything seems ok.

Any kind of support would be greatly accepted and appreciated?

When I first installed this add-on, I had the same problem as the people mentioned above. However, I attempted to breeze through it, and I skipped step 5 in the read-me that states:

"Enter your API credentials and select the social networks to use. To obtain your API credentials you have to create a new account at https://app.oneall.com/signup/"

Once I did that, every social media network I had enabled in the control panel would show up on the site. This mod almost works flawlessly, with the exception of three small things.

1. My facebook profile does not have an address associated with it, but I was not asked to fill in an address when I registered.

2. The birth date pulled from facebook was in DD/MM/YYYY format, and Zen Cart requires MM/DD/YYYY format (not a big deal, I know).

3. Once the registration was complete, Zen Cart recognized me as being logged in, and I could complete the check out process (after I supplied an address later on), but the system did not send me a confirmation e-mail. I had initially thought it was a server issue, so I created a dummy account, and that account received it's e-mail immediately. I then logged out, and used my wife's facebook account to register, and still, no e-mail.

I approached Oneall.com and asked the question. Claude checked out my site and figured out that I was missing the the library.js Javascript file required by their site. They emailed me the file, I uploaded it to includes/templates/sheffield_blue/jscript/ and it worked a treat!

I've informed Claude that the file is missing from the downloadable plugin on here. Hopefully the plugin will be updated in the near future.

Any ideas about adding the social login functionality to the log-in/checkout page? My site uses FEC (fast and easy checkout) and has no sideboxes on the checkout page. I tried copying the code from the side box (templates/my-template/sideboxes/oneallsociallogin.php) into the page but that didn't work. Has anyone done this?

Hello,

you probably do not have whitelisted the correct domain.
For security reason it will only work if you whiteliste your domain in the OneAll account settings.

This sounds like a configuration error that is very easy to come by!

The latest version of COWOA also has an admin configurable option to turn off the sideboxes during login or checkout.. so this would also present an issue using the OneAll Social Login module with COWOA..

I am having a problem with this plugin. At first it seemed to work ok. All configured and could log in with fb. Then I started getting 403 - forbidden error. Contacted my host and they checked mod_security and whitelisted it. But then, 403 error stopped but I get 406 error (at least that is what IE says), firefox and chrome just give blank page. Host says there are no error messages showing up. Any ideas of what the problem could be?
