First, is there a way to automatically change all my products from none to taxable goods? And second, I've been filling out a google data feed spreadsheet, and I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically extract the information so I don't have to do it manually.

If you want to set ALL products to be taxable, you could run in the Tools ... Install SQL Patches ...

UPDATE products SET products_tax_class_id = 1;

which will change ALL Products to be taxable goods ... assuming that in your Locations / Taxes ... Tax Classes ... ID is 1 for Taxable Goods ...

There is no support for taxes by zipcode
