I rarely get Paypal errors, they're usually associated with funds in my customer's accounts. But today I saw one come through for a customer, and I've never seen this one before.

Zen Cart message: We were not able to process your order. Please try again,
select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for
assistance.
I'm not sure what would be causing this. She's trying to use a debit card. The particular digital download product she's trying to order is one that other customers have purchased without trouble.
