Missing PayPal Express Button

I've had this installed for a while. Today a customer pointed out that I'm missing the Express Checkout Button. Feeling like a dork But I don't know where the button is hiding.

Oh...I suppose it would help to turn the button on ...is that all I need to do?

Yes.

And, remember, even with the button off, your customers can still choose Paypal on the normal Payment-Options screen (checkout_payment).

Ok, now they can get the PayPal to checkout, but it's not passing the shipping price over. What am I missing?

The shipping price is passed after they've gone through the shipping page on *your* site. (Just like when they go through normal checkout.)
