3 redundant(?) tables post database upgraded

So I finally upgraded my 1.38 store to 1.51. The database upgrade gave a lot of messages about not droping tables that don't exist, and not adding tables that already exist, which all seem benign to me.

But just to be careful I compare the upgraded database to a brand new 1.51 install database, and I found that a brand new database has 96 tables, whereas my upgraded database has 99 tables. The additional tables are:

customers_wishlist
nochex_apc_transaction
nochex_sessions

For ease of future maintenance, can I simply drop them? Looks like they were created by new 1.38 install and never got used since.

Yes. If you are not using those tables and if they don't contain any data you wish to preserve, you can drop them.
