Flexible Return Authorization (RMA) for ZC v1.5.x [Support Thread]

Hi Guys, I really need your help on this one. I have already installed the RMA mod. However, for some reason I installed “Return Authorization 3.0.0” mod. As soon as I realized that I’ve installed duplicated module, I uninstalled Return Authorization 3.0.0. However, now I couldn’t find RMA in my configuration tab. Please let me know if any of you know how to fix this problem. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the reply! I have re-installed this module, but it didn't work. The return tab is still not showing under the configuration tab. I remember that I had to install some kind of patch for the other module. would that have anything to do with the problem? Thanks again!

Uninstall EVERYTHING you did.. then reinstall this module.. We can't help you PATCH two bad installs.. So start over..

I have uninstalled everything, but the "Return Authorization" tab still doesn't show up under Configuration in my admin, although the module seems work fine in the store site. Please help. Thank you so much for your time!

Have you tried to manually add it in via the "Admin Page Registration" link in the admin?

Yes, I have done that for my store, I can't remember all the files I edited, but basically you need to make sure the RMA number isn't shown to the customer on the page, the print out popup or in the email they receive.

An admin flag to choose this option would be the best solution though.
