Notification Banner on All Pages

Hello,

I need to display a notice (closing for a week) on all pages on my site. I would like to do something similar to the one that shows when the site is in test mode.

Is there a mod or easy way to do this?

Easiest way would probably be to create a banner in Banner Manager and place it in Header Position 1.

I'm bnot sure either. Try creating a banner in Admin - Tools - Banner Manager, assigning it a unique group name in the process. Then associate that group name wityh Header Position 1 in Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings and see what happens.
