Contact us emails are not coming through to me

Not sure what thread this should be under. I have customers trying to contact me through the website but I am not receiving any of these emails. I have gone back and changed email addresses to see if that is the problem, but still no emails. Have had test emails sent and that doesn't work. Any thoughts? thanks

The best/quickest way to solve this would be to contact your host to see if they can find what is going amiss by looking at their MAIL log files.

Meanwhile, for us to be of any help at all we will need to know a lot more about your setup. For example, what are your mail settings, what are the email addressess you are using for testing. Do ANY of the store emails work or is it just the contact ones. Has the mail ever worked? Is this a new installation or an upgrade? etc, etc.
