Can anyone help with kancart plugin please

Hi I got kancart premium last night it was all working fine but now if you joblotdeals.kancart.co.uk or joblotdeals.co.uk from a mobile it says file not found...

Does anyone know what it might be I've tried contacting kancart and no reply upto now but ideally want to resolve this ASAP

hmm, I've never used it before but as is a commercial mod you'll be unlikely to get support for it here. As an aside, why are you using kancart, I'm not questioning kancart but why not simply create your own mobile template?

I know it's a commercial plugin but thought it was worth a try and I'm using it as I'm not able to develop a mobile site I wish I could but don't know how to do it really
