Looking for help to Install new modules

To anyone,
I just installed zen cart and I need to add some modules so I can export/import products. I have downloaded the modules, and put them in the includes/modules folder. However I do not know if this is where they should go, and if so how do I get them to work with the program?

I have no idea how to make these new modules show up in the admin page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We would have to know which mods you're talking about. Most mods contain installation instructions among their files.
