Default Having trouble setting up my Firstdata API module

So I have a new module put into my zencart called FirstData/Linkpoint/YourPay API I followed all the directions and hit submit for it to become active and I get an error message of this :

The xyzxyz.pem certificate file cannot be found.

I have called all 3 companies and searched the internet without any luck...so any help would be amazing! Thanks everyone.

That means you didn't upload the .pem file you got from FirstData onto your server as described in the setup instructions: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...payment-module

    1. What's the URL to the site where you signed up for your merchant account?
    2. Which *specific* service did you sign up for with them?

So, why are you trying to use the Linkpoint/FirstDataAPI module specifically?

Because I was told by Flagship Merchant Services that I had to use authorize.net and firstdata modules at the same time...since firstdata would be replacing paypay ( firstdata had lower rates )

The FirstDataAPI service is just ONE of many FirstData services offered. And to use it requires that you have the .pem certificate file provided by them. Since your merchant provider isn't capable of that, you won't be able to use that module.
So, stick with the authnet one instead.
