Hi

I have a problem with the template content, my website has two languages spanish and english, in english works fine, however in spanish only the products description shows well, however the templates do not show well, the only way i see the templates is forcing the browser to use utf-8 encoding so i see the templates but the products description get wrong

I have been the searching in all threads but nothing work, i think i am missing some files or configuration

Please someone tells me what files should i have and what coding should be in there
