HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL

Am getting an "You are not authorised to view this site" when I go to log IN and when going to the store front.

That error is appearing on your main domain, not just on your store.

It is caused by your security/permissions settings in your webserver. You might have set file permissions too low on your entire website.

Talk to your hosting company to sort out the problem. It is not specific to Zen Cart.
