Customer Order - Totals Report. What is BEST Customer?

Exactly what is this report that I am getting when I select that report tool?
Is it for all time?
For 'best customers' as it seems to state - which is pretty ambiguous for a 'report'.
Is it for the last year?

What are the actual report perimeters?

This is a mod; it's not part of Zen Cart. I can't find it in the Plugins area; where did you get it? Please post a link if it's from the Plugins area.

I suspect he means admin->reports->Customer Orders-Total->Best Customer Orders-Total
This is for all time, since the website began trading
