Re-sending download link email to customer

I have a customer who received the email allowing her to click on a link that would allow her to download 7 mp3s that she had paid for. The email says she has to click on the link within 24 hours. She didn't do that. She asked if I could re-send the email with the link. I don't know how to do that. Is there some way of re-sending the original email? I looked and didn't see any obvious way so I am asking here. Is there a place where those confirmation emails are stored?

No, there's no "send that old email again" option built-in.

But if you tell her to login to her account and click the My Account tab (assuming you didn't remove that link from your template), she can see all her orders history, and in every order that has downloads there will be download links. She can just click to download if it is still active.

But if the download timer has expired, you'll need to reset it within that particular order from within your Admin console. Just open that order, and click the download reset link next to the file you want to reset for her.
