We have a number of ZenCarts hosted with Bluehost.com from Utah but these went down today as did our email accounts.
Their webchat facility has gone done and have been unable to get through on phone from UK.
Has anyone any news about them ? Their site is up OK but no mention of any problems.
We have been able to access just now our hosting account via FTP and quickly copying to PC all the ZenCart files but I assume will be unable to copy down to PC the databases unless we can access our Bluehost Control Panel.
