Canada Post shipping won't checkout with more than one item...

I am running zencart 1.5.1 with shopping cart with rewards points module and latest canada post module.
Can check out with one item in cart.
When checking out with multiple items in cart I get timed out with error message 'unknown error connecting with post office'
Flat Rate works fine.

Try looking through that. It appears that one possible cause for that error is if you have products that won't fit in your pre-defined boxes.
