Is there a way in Zen Cart to allocate customer numbers to match a customer ID already given personally not within Zen cart.
ie: We go to various weekend markets and offer reward points, we keep track of these id's and points on a basic spread sheet.
customers are reluctant to give email details that we could match with this, is there a way of matching this, would it need to be done via the create account by adding a new field with card No. also we request that they upload a scan of their existing card for verification purposes.
I have reward suite installed but other than that it is a basic install using Azienda template from Brandon Turpin.
