Hi!

I've read several threads about displaying out of stock items and haven't quite found what I'm looking for.

If a product is out of stock I want to

- keep it in the category listing
- keep the direct URL working
- hide the "out of stock" notice on the category page
- add a "notify me when this is back in stock" notice on the product page
- be able to see in admin who/how many have asked to be notified

Also is there a way to easily turn off "add this many to cart" from the category pages? I'm ok with modifying HTML, I just prefer to do it through config if possible.
