Can you help me creating Purchase order invoice/packing slip for our Suppliers?

We need another invoice besides of ordinary invoice for our customers.
Here is details. We want to automate Purchase order invoice by doing it from our website. Our staffs make a lot of purchase from our suppliers. We use Zen 1.51.

1.Can we input 2 prices for per item?
One for our retail price for our customers.
Other one for our purchase cost(price) from our supplier.

2.We order same items from our (supplier)Manufactures as we sale on our website.
We want to create Purchase order invoice/packing slip for supplier by selecting items/quantity from our website (either from front end or back end). We can print out actual invoice from back end.

3.It should look like ordinary customer invoice. Except our company address should be in in place of customer and
suppliers address on top. Purchase cost should be in instead of retail price.
