    Default Customers having issues logging in..

    Hi all,

    So we've just sent our new zen cart store live, we imported all the users from our old website to this one and things seemed to work fine..

    However in the past 24 or so hours we've had at least 5 customers saying that when they try and log in it just dumps them to the login screen again but blank... We try the details and confirm them multiple times with the customers, we can log in just fine, they can't get in whatsoever.

    Then we had a customer who couldn't get in, tried a few hours later and it worked perfectly (on the same PC / internet connection).

    Can someone please help us figure this out!! We were thinking cookies or something along those lines however since the customer made it in literally on the same pc and internet connection now we are lost as to why this is happening.

    As per usual any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

    Are there any debug-log files in your store's /logs directory?

    Sorry about this but im really new to zen cart, where do i find the /logs directory?

    Also i have been able to replicate the error, quite easily actually. I have not been able to log in using internet explorer or safari however chrome and firefox seem to work fine. I have herd from one user that they are also experiencing the issue on firefox. they just put in there detials and after hitting login the page reloads.

    The logs directory is a top-level directory within your cart's file structure. You can either use an FTP program (like FileZilla) or your host's cPanel to look and see if there are any myDebug*.log files present.
