"No file selected" text for customer file upload

When I add a file upload attribute to a product, on the product page it displays the option name with a Browse button beside it for a customer to upload their file. Beside the Browse button, it says "No file selected". Once they browse and select a file, that text changes to the file name that they are uploading.

I just want to know how to remove or hide that "No file selected" text. I have searched using the developers toolkit, but can't find that text string anywhere.

That's not standard Zencart behavior, so it must have something to do with your custom template or a Zencart plugin. That's why kobra asked for a link to the site. I don't know why that phrase doesn't show up un the DTK, but you might search the template files (before installation) for that phrase. I use a program called Agent Ransack for that sort of work.

Yes, it is standard depending on the browser. It shows in FF, but in IE it doesn't show, it just shows an empty text field. It has nothing to do with Zen-Cart as far as I can tell. I was hoping there was some way to make it show the same way it does in IE, but I just don't know how.
