hi!
I am using 1.51 and having problems with installing shipping fees.
I want to have free shipping in NL, and for shipping with track and trace for example € 5,-.
Outside the NL shipping € 1,95 and with track and trace for example € 10,-
Can someone help me out?

already figured out to use zone rates, but that is only for one fee.
