Did Admin/Pwd reset through SQL Query but now Error instead of Admin Login Page

Hi, I installed ZenCart a few days ago using a one-click install from dreamhost. I was incredibly stupid and forgot to write down my admin password, and when I tried to get it emailed to me I didn't receive the email. Yesterday I went in and found the FAQ here for how to do the reset via SQL. Finally got the query to go through, but now when I click on my shop admin area I get "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again." When I go to the main shop page I get "Sorry! There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you." I looked at the help page for not being able to see the admin page, and I do not see any files called .htaccess in my FTP site. I don't think it's a cookie or firewall issue because I was able to see the login page before. I think I somehow managed to screw things up with the SQL query. Not sure what additional information I need to post. Can anyone recommend my next step?

"WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again."

That means you've got a database error. For security reasons the actual error message is not displayed on-screen, lest a hacker discover information that they could use to damage your site. Instead the error will be stored in the /logs/ folder.

I recommend deleting and re-installing, since there's probably not much you'd lose in doing so given that you only just installed it.

uninstall reinstall seems to have done the trick! I'm in. Thanks much.
