Unab le to change customer status from pending to processed or shipped

Hi,

I tried to find an answer in the forum, but didn't see the answer.

I had uploaded 2 plugins: Dual Pricing - Wholesale Pricing and All Invoices. After installing both plugins, I realized that the Wholesale Pricing plugin was not what we were looking for. Thee were no instructions included on how to uninstall the Wholesale plugin, just an un-install script - so I used that. I went to check the backend and all our products disappeared. I used the script to install the product again and the products showed up.

Problem - now I can't change the status for the customers from pending to processed or delivered. I get this error: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

Is there an easy work-around to fixing this problem?

As you are asking about 3rd party addons - you might be better off posting to the support thread for them
