Hi.
I selected COD as default payment method. But when customer try to checkout after choosing item (Product Price=0, just test item) then got error "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."
But I don't see if price is not "0". What could be problem?

As a practical matter, why would anyone choose COD when 'buying' a free product ?
