When Credit Card is Declined

Authorize.net works fine as long as the card is approved. When a card is declined (expired, no longer active, etc.,) the program hangs on me. The user receives no notice. What is wrong? I'm using Zen-Cart 1.51 and Authorize.Net AIM module. How can I troubleshoot this. Auhtorize.net claims they have no record of failed transaction. Thanks--Frank

If Authorize.net is telling you they have no record of declines, then Zen Cart didn't submit the transaction to Authorize.net. Therefore you've got something that's working differently than how Zen Cart works out-of-the-box. Mabye you've got some *other* payment module enabled that's being used instead of Authorize.net
