ionCube Loader and Zend Guard Loader Causing admin issues?

I requested that my host install and enable ionCube Loader in order to meet the requirements of a mobile template. Since they enabled these services, I can no longer access my admin folder and get an internal server error. The rest of the site works just and in fact orders are still coming in.

Is there a conflict I'm unaware of possibly?

Here is the info I have from phpinfo. I see the loader version here is v4.4.2 however in my WHM it lists the loader as 5.3?

the answer was apparently a webhost misconfiguration. fixed now with nothing special needed anywhere i can see.
