Do you know how to remove customer's country from Invoice?

I only sell to one country. So listing country on invoice is waste of space. How can I remove it from invoice?

Do you Sell ONLY to customers with addresses in that country?
or
do you ONLY deliver to addresses in that country?
ie: customers outside that country CAN order and have it delivered ONLY to that country

I don't ship outside country. I only sell within country.I want to remove country from invoice.php since country is obvious for my customers.

How can I remove country? Do I need to edit zen_address_format function in (functions_customers.php) or it can be done more easily?
