My admin now requires double log-in

One problem is that the forum search doesn't allow 'twice' as a search term, for some unknown reason. I used "admin login" double to find that thread.

Who knew, and that is a term I used in my search.

Anyway, thank you and I hope to finish this upgrade and get on with other things; studying comes to mind.

The BBB is not in the business of providing referrals; it is essentially a mediation service between consumers with complaints and the companies the consumer is complaining about. Thus, the BBB did not refer me to the forum. KIM, on behalf of Zen Ventures LLC, told the BBB in response to the complaint that the Forum is where customer support is provided. That record is available for public viewing.

Right.. tomato.. tomahto.. I understand how the BBB works.. My point is that the referral was to THIS forum..

Your post explaining in detail how support is [or is not] provided in the Forum was informative and is excellent, helpful information for potential store owners exploring ZC as an option for their e-commerce website, a decision that, based on the above, should consider that owner's level of technical knowledge and/or time available for researching solutions outside the forum should it be necessary due to one of the above reasons for a lack of support.

Should I have any other issues that I need to post a thread about, and I cross my fingers that I can now finish the upgrade, I will keep the information in mind. Thank you.

Hello

I have Version 1.5.1.
Recently login to admin started to take extremely long time.
Eventually admin page comes.
Customers do not experience this issue.

No any changes on our side was done to blame on.

Web hosting crew could not figure out the problem, but when they "...disabled Mod_security rules" login became again normal.

Em I in trouble?
