Cloned table shipping module not showing zone selector

I'm really banging my head against the wall on this. I've cloned table shipping files many times for many clients so am aware of the possible pitfalls when replacing "table" with "myclonedtablename". I'm pretty sure I have't missed any instance of table or TABLE that should have been changed and I'm pretty sure I didn't accidentally replace a "table" or "TABLE" that shouldn't have been changed. I also did clone the appropriate language file.

The thing is that the module works but the zone selector doesn't appear in the edit window in admin. There's just a box with no description or value. The box appears correctly in the default version from which I cloned my second shipping module. I've double checked the two files (original and clone) but can't find any differences other than the changed table/myclonedtable differences. I also uninstalled the cloned module and reinstalled it with no change.

Any thoughts on where to continue my investigation into this would be super helpful.

What version Zen Cart are you in?

Usually that is the result of missing configuration keys ...

If you try another REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure right now, and it does not fix this ... then Zip your cloned files and attach it to your thread here ...

I'm sorry I thought by selecting my version when starting the thread, it would show. I'm on v. 1.5.1.

I'll try your suggestion and see if that works and if not do as you suggest.

Argh! Found the problem! Stupid me. There was a tiny typo in my cloned file in the very last line:
