Close website and redirect URL

Hmmm, the Cpanel is linked to zencart.. So I assumed most zencart users had the same Cpanel with their websites.. I have messages other avant marketing users and they all suggested I use this forum..so that's why I am posting in the zencart forum... I have redirected using the Cpanel options but it doesn't work.. The redirect shows up in the panel but it's not actually redirecting my traffic... My main issue I guess is without being able to contact the host I can't do anything.. As they have final control over all the settings...

back to the point and just to be helpful instead of unproductive....

where you bought the domain did you buy it with the hosting at the same time or let the design company do it all for you. If you bought it yourself you will be able to login to the site you bought it from and change the domain settings.

what you need to do is set up a 301 redirect to your new site so you keep / gain all the seo and rep from the old domain onto the new domain.

i guess you need to loginto the hosts website as i guess you got the domain and host at same time. This log in will be via their main site not cpanel. this is probally the same place you submit your support tickets. as emailing hosts for support doesn't usally work, you have to open a support ticket via the support section of their website.
