Hope all is well with you! I've finally updated my Zen Cart to 1.5.1 and am currently working on customizing it. Could you please make the same customization to the latest USPS module (USPS_2017_09_16_K10)? I will pay you or make a donation like I did in the past.

Just curios here Why did you upgrade from 1.39 (very obsolete) to 1.5.1 (a little less obsolete)? And not to the most current version (1.5.5e at this time)?

Take it back! I missed putting a check mark in Display weight and transit time box. All seem to be working as it should be now.

The reason I had to go with 1.5.1 was that I use a multi-language version of Zen Cart modified by Zen Cart Japan. I'm based in the US, but vast majority of my customers are from Japan.
