changing or adding to the status in the admin order screen

Good morning All

I have done some searching but can not find this - I am sure there is somewhere--

the the admin order screen -- in the status dropdown - there is pending; processing; delivery; and cancel.

I would like either to add a sending or -- or change the delivery to sending since I rarely use this>

suggestions? or point to a posting?

I am sure I will have to change the wording on the email to be sent also.

Admin - Localization - Orders Status will let you add new status options or edit the existing ones.

That was so totally easy. Much easier that i had anticipated.

In Admin>Localization>Order Status, I want to change the name of Shipped to Warehouse and change the plain text email wording that is currently being used.

I've tried to find the file by entering some words into the Tool Kit from the current email, but I am not seeing what I need in the results.

Suggestions please.
