When i Click View source Code on my site. I can see 5000 line on source code. I can see all category on view source code!

Do not understand why you want to fix that,

is that someone hacked your site, and put their links on your page?

It's not something that needs to be or can be "fixed". If you have a lot of categories, and a nav menu with dropdown or flyout display, all of the category links must be in your source code.
