Live testing with only one account

This may be a silly question, but the answer isn't obvious to me.

When you are ready to go live with a site, how do you test your live Paypal payments?

I have everything working as expected in the sandbox.

From the Paypal site, I learned that you can only have one paypal account.

Once you've set up Zen Cart with your live Paypal account as the recipient, you can't then pay for an item with the same account – or can you?

I haven't tried it as I don't want to cause any unexpected hiccups with my live Paypal account.

Can anyone give me any pointers please?

Not quite correct.
You can certainly have a Personal account that's separate from your Business account. So, since your store will be your Business account, you are free to create a separate Personal account, which you can use for testing and of course for your own personal purchases.
