Question about Paypal Express Checkout with Digital Products

Hi,

I am using Zen Cart v1.5 and would like to change over from Website Standard Pymt to Express. I noticed on Paypal's site that they have an associated Express Checkout (Digital Products) that I can choose as my payment module as well.

When I tested it after installing Express (and inputting the proper API username, password and signature) I receive the error message "We are unable to validate your information. Please try again" and gives a button to return to merchant. In setup I have set the "customer address" to NO so that it would not conflict with my customer's store account address and their Paypal shipping address. I tried turning on the Paypal logs in Admin to see if it would produce anything that could help, but it did not create a log as the purchase did not complete.

I called Paypal to see what resolutions they had and was told that it is a problem in Zen Cart, not with them. Has anyone else tried using Paypal Express with selling digital downloadable goods? I am obviously doing something wrong, and am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

Can you not use the PP Express that is already built into ZC?

Hi picandnix, yes I used the module installed in ZC to install the Express version for Paypal. The problems I have encountered were with this module.
When I talked about selecting Paypal Express Digital Goods at Paypal, is in your Business Settings at Paypal, you tell them which module you have installed as well which I am assuming has some effect on how my site interacts with Paypal.
