VAT and CF automated validation

Hi.
I have used some lines of code found in the web and adapted the tpl_module_create_account.php coming from FEC in order to control the fiscal codes and warn the customer if the codes are found not correct.
It works very well.
What I can not do is to have the same function working also with the tpl_module_no_account.php (this comes from FEC too)
The two files are compressed in tpl.zip file attacched.
If someone has time to try to understand why in the no_account module it does not work please do it and let me know what you think about.
