Multilanguage store not displaying

Hi,
I installed estorenow template
Template Author : BlingThemes

Template Version : Version 1.0

Template Description
Premium Zencart Template JINGCART
and have been customizing the look and added categories it shows me the 3 languages default is English, then Greek and Italian are there as well.
I've completed the categories and when I look at the index.php sure enough I see the English pages just fine, problem starts when you select any of the other languages when it refreshes to that language the page is blank I mean nothing just white.
I've included a screen shot of Dreamweaver files in the website. Store is at http://vitaevalue.com/index.php
I have included all 3 languages in the categories, just cannot figure out why it doesn't display them. I would imagine there should be pages (php) for each language but don't know where to look.

Both English and italian work OK here - Greek does not. Check your /logs folder for error messages.

Thanks for the tip yes it was there apparently header.php was missing, now to figure out why it's displaying gibberish instead of Greek! Thanks so much. If you can take a look let me know what you think might be up? I'm guessing that utc is wrong now to go see if I can hunt it out. Thanks again.
