Customizing columns that display on orders page

Hi when we look at the Customers>Orders page, we see information in the following columns:
ID
Payment Shipping (just says linkpoint_api, usps)
Customers
Order Total
Date Purchased
Status
Customer
Comments
Action

We'd like to add a column that displays the specific USPS shipping method (e.g. Priority, first class, international, etc) so that we can easily plan our shipping methods as orders come in. The alternative is to click on each order to get this information, which is not the end of the world, but it would definitely increase our efficiency to have a quick look at the orders page to get this info.

Any suggestions on this or, more generally, how to customize what columns display on the orders page or other pages?

Because of the size of the contents, you might add under the Customer Name and Company the file:
$orders->fields['shipping_method']
