I hope this is the correct section of the forum for this question.
Admin password needed to be changed because time had expired. A new password was set and was able to get into the admin section. Logged off and later went to logon again but it told me that the id or password was incorrect. Tried again but received same message, so I thought maybe I wrote the password down wrong. Then I clicked on 'reset password', received the email with new password; copied that and inserted into the logon screen. It came up with the changed the password, did that again but the same scenario happened; i.e logoff and then at logon, recieved the wrong id or password error. I have no clue what to look at to try to figure this out. Have never had this to happen.
I'm using V1.5.1 with SSL installed. This version with SSL have been installed for 6 months or so. Would appreciate any help!
