How to hide 'New Products' on shopping cart page.

I have found the settings to hide new products on various pages, but cannot find a setting to hide them in the 'cart' page.

Does this mean I need to alter the code in tpl_shopping_cart_default.php, or is there another place to do this?

For the Shopping Cart, the settings for the centerboxes is in the Configuration ... Stock ...
