I am new to zencart, I have install the usps plugin, and put it to production, but when testing I am getting this error:

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.

If you go to your Admin to the Modules ... Shipping ... what does it read on the right hand panel if you click on USPS?

You will need to have registered a Web Tools account with USPS at their website to use this module.

USPS expects you to use pounds as weight measure for your products.

Enter the USPS Web Tools User ID

I don't know if you already saw it, but this was meant for you regarding what appears on the right side of shipping module when usps is selecteed:

This looks like you do not have the July 28, 2013 J5 shipping module installed ...

Check that you have downloaded:

Do an UNINSTALL, REINSTALL and re-configure on the USPS shipping module ...

that was it, I had to install the new version.

Thanks for the update that installing the current USPS July 28, 2013 J5 version of the USPS shipping module corrected this issue ...
