USPS Module Appears and Disappears on Checkout Page

Please will wait for a while I will the Click REMOVE, reload the files via FTP from a clean download of the USPS July 28, 2013 J5 shipping module then do an INSTALL and reconfigure the USPS shipping module, again setting the Sort Order to 10 ...

Done with the REMOVE, reload the files via FTP from a clean download of the USPS July 28, 2013 J5 shipping module then do an INSTALL and reconfigure the USPS shipping module, again setting the Sort Order to 10. I still get the same error. The USPS still appear and disappear on checkout.

I'm reinstalling the USPS July 28, 2013 J5 shipping module. I also noticed that I'm getting an XML error.

I'm having this exact same problem. Just what he describes. I only use the USPS shipping module. Getting the error code of 80040B18.

Our server manager changed to a new server today. Probably has something to do with that. Since benzdumol said it started when getting a new SSL certificate I'll check into that. I don't think the SSL is working quite right anyway. It looks ok on ZC, but showing errors in other places.

Common Issues:

1 Check that you are running the current July 28, 2013 J5 version of USPS
NOTE: be sure to subscribe to the Announcement forum:

2 Go to your Zen Cart Admin and go to Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box enter:
usps.php

Then, select Catalog ... click SEARCH ...

What comes up on the lines for:
* @version $Id: usps.php

3 Telephone USPS 1-800-344-7779 and ask them to move your account to the Production Server for the RateV4 or email them at [email protected], quoting your Web Tools User ID.

4 Test without SSL to see if there are issues
