Default payment module with GGE4 firstdata.com

I have been working with First Data and have come down to this from them:

    >You will want to contact your ZenCart support. You are successfully submitting transactions to us, it is just when >we submit the user back to the confirmation page, it doesn’t seem like ZenCart is able to find the variables they >are looking for.

    >When contacting their tech support you are going to want to see if there is a way for you to change the URL that >is being submitted through the code. It looks like we’re trying to post your fields to: >http://www.bestconsignmentshopsoftware.com/zen/index.php?main_page=checkout_process and your relay >response is wanting to go to: http://www.bestconsignmentshopsoftware.com
    >/zen/index.php?main_page=checkout_process&action=confirm

    >You’ll also want to double check with them that this is indeed the thank you page that you will want to submit >your payment response information to.

I have searched your code for "&action=confirm", but haven't found a place where I can change it that makes a difference. How can I make the change they need?

Are the characters you show here ( > ) part of their response or a result of e-mail formatting? Hopefully the latter as a link should never have a > in it.

I added the > to show the part of their message I was quoting. Of course a url would not have such. It doesn't look like there is a way to reedit a post after it has been posted.

This is an original installation (installed twice), not an upgrade. Using only the modules that come with ZC. The payment module I am using is Authorize.net (SIM). I installed ZC by ftp.
PHP Version: 5.3.27 (Zend: 2.3.0) PHP Memory Limit: 32M
    Database: MySQL 5.1.61-log
This problem has been present since installation.
The site is not live yet. Still testing in demo mode.
    I have made no customizations.

My hope, of course, is that somebody could simply tell me, go here, do that. There doesn't seem to be anyplace on the ZC site where I can ask for tech support.

And, you are using SIM because....?

Any SSL in place on this test site?

Using SIM per FirstData's instructions. Not using SSL. Using FirstData's hosted cc approval makes that unnecessary, they say.

Have you tried using the FirstData/Linkpoint/YourPay (linkpoint_api) module? That is what we always used when we had 2 different First Data accounts.

Zen Cart and it's community are the best!!
