Subcategories not showing?

Any idea why sub-categories under this category are not showing:

Where as these are?

The sub categories are enabled and contain both linked and standalone products in both examples.

I think you set sub-categories and products in this category. If it's correct, you need have to move all products.

There are no products in that main category, only sub categories.

It looks like Zencart is trying to list products in that main category, thus the 'There are no products' message. Did you ever have a product in that category that may have not been successfully removed ?

I did have products in that category and finished building out and moving all of them into the subcategories.

When I do a search on the categories_id against the products_to_categories table, I get one products_id returned, but when I search on that products_id, it doesn't or no longer exists.

Deleted that non-existent product mapping in products_to_categories table and it started working.
