Controlling attribute order in "Products with Attributes Stock"

1.3.9h install with Products with Attributes Stock installed.

What controls the order of product attributes when viewing in Products with Attributes Stock? And how can we change this order?

I see a "Stock ID" number, but that doesn't seem to be controlling the sort.

The actual products appear to be sorted alphabetically, but their attributes don't have an apparent sort order.
